Return Policy

At Stones Marvel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items for any reason, please review our return policy to understand how we can assist you.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return. Returns for orders shipped outside the United States cannot be accepted due to customs issues.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at service@stonesmarvel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Pack and Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in the original packaging and include the return form provided. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return ($5) shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at service@stonesmarvel.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@stonesmarvel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
